Slow Flow & Strength

Practice yoga asana for flexibility and mobility and consider both as equal partners in creating good movement patterns. We will explore joint stability by maintaining control during transitions between postures. Breathing and mindfulness practices are incorporated throughout. 

4:30-5:30pm

Slow Flow

A flowing and creative movement practice with the intention of bringing awareness to breath and body in the present moment. This class is slower and more simple than traditional vinyasa,  providing space and time to listen and feel. Pranayama and meditation are woven throughout the class, cultivating clarity and connection. 

Thursday

9am-10am

Resistance Band Flow

Build strength and stability by incorporating resistance bands in a vinyasa-style yoga class. We add greater stimulation and strength by controlling the movement of the bands, adding an element of activation in stabilizing muscles and core. This class strives to include yogic ethics, breathwork and mediation techniques to a functional movement class.

11am-12pm

Slow Flow & Restorative

Explore the layers of your being through thoughtful exercises in movement, breathwork and meditation. Consideration to injuries and different mobilities is given by an offering of options so the wisdom of the practitioner is the leading force. The calming nature of the class fosters a deeper connection to the physical body, which guides us into and through our subtle layers of being.
