Choosing wellness has positive, ripple effects

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy grounds us. Therapeutic touch reconnects our thinking minds to our feeling bodies. It’s in that reconnect where healthier patterns emerge. Muscles that have become weak or tight remember their function. Tension is eased through relaxing  the nervous system and by slowing heart rate and blood pressure. Stress and pain hormones are also decreased by massage, reducing pain and enhancing immune function.

I have been going to Kirsten several years for massage and always leave with my muscles feeling lighter and limber and my mind at ease. She always makes me feel comfortable and always addresses my needs whether it’s full relaxation or targeted muscle work. Her wealth of anatomy and kinesiology knowledge mixed with her compassionate nature allows for the best massage I have ever had.
